Born a purebred ragin' Cajun, Dion Johnson has lived only the finest life in his short tenure as Chief of Staff at One White Street. Formerly educated at Oxford, a stint at the Culinary Institute of America in pastry led him to realize his love for wine and quickly became a collector unrivaled with the likes of Russian oligarchs and Succession’-esque families. He’s often found jet setting around the world on his private jet that’s clear like Wonder Woman’s so he can connect to the air around him while sipping Champagne and eating caviar. He is an avid philanthropist working mainly with Frenchies in need and children in the arts. In his downtime he bird hunts and is rebuilding an SL 300 1968. You can find him under your table or mentoring in the kitchen seven nights a week.
